Welcome, et bienvenue à Folie à Trois! We are delighted to share with you the treasures we have discovered during our visits to the flea markets, antiques fairs, and boutiques in France, as well as original art created by individuals across the globe, including in Louisiana. We have curated our collection with you, our friends and clients in mind.
Folie à Trois is the brainchild of longtime friends and associates Margo Bouanchaud Hayes, Lance Hayes, Margaret Lawhon Schott and Martin Schott, conceived during an idyllic month together in St-Rémy, France during the summer of 2017, and brought to fruition one incredibly creative year later. We are professionals with decades of experience in catering and food presentation, floral design and event planning, the media, visual arts and law. As a team, the Folie founders collaborated almost effortlessly from day one.
While our talents are varied, our vision is clear: to explore antiques markets, fairs and boutiques throughout France to bring you a treasure trove of collectibles— period furniture, garden essentials, paintings, vintage fabric, tableware, one-of-a-kind finds, all with background stories intertwined in the history of La Belle France.
